The Proprietor
The Proprietor is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration (BSCA) from Lyceum International Maritime Academy (Lima) Batangas Batangas City. He worked for 15 Years as Laison Officer / Assitant Operations Manager of WFM Farm, a contract grower farm based in Alaminos, Laguna, owned and operated by his family. The family business was established in 1983. Their first contract was in 1983 which lasted until 2000 as Contract Grower of Vitarich Coporation. Vitarich Corporation is a Philippine based company engaging in production and distribution of various poultry products such as dressed chicken, day old chicks, animal and aqua feeds. The poultry farm's segments include foods, feeds, farms, corporate and others. The food segment is engaged in growing, production and distribution of chicken broilers, either live or dressed. The segment's products are distributed to wet markets and supermarkets. It also offers pangasius or dory fish under food products. The feeds segment caters to the feed requirements of the poultry grower industry, engaged in the manufacture and distribution of animal and aqua feeds, animal health & nutrional products, and feed supplements. It produces feeds in various forms, such as mash, pellet, crumble and extruded. The farm's segment is involved in the production of day chicks and pullets. The corporate and others segments includes general and corporate income and expense items.

The farm is also a contract grower of chicken layers of Quezon Poultry and Livestock Corporation from year 2000 to present. Quezon Poultry and Livestock Corporation is engaged in raising, feed milling, contract growing and marketing of poultry and livestock. We provide high quality poultry and livestock products to Filipino consumers. We ensure that we keep up with the latest technology in the industry for the continuous improvement of our products. We aim to extend this success to our social advocacies and establish strong social responsibility. In all of these we strive to act with unselfish dedication, transparency and hard work. Our vision is to be nationally recognized as the premier provider of prime, clean, and high quality poultry and livestock products to Filipino families while engaging in all possible allied businesses of poultry and livestock raising.
In 2020, the Proprietor has decided to establish his own agri trading firm, ARNOLD DONATO AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS TRADING (ADAPT for brevity) engaging in the supply of various agricultural products and other food and feed requirements.
With the many challenges and emerging technologies, engaging in technology sector, is another milestone in the endeavours of the Proprietor and would become one of his mainstream. Resulting therefore in the establishment of AADDTECHSYS ELECTRONIC PARTS AND EQUIPMENT TRADING (AADDTECHSYS for brevity). The Proprietor believes in the huge impact of technology and development in business operations, capacity and expansion. Nowadays, most industries rely on technology because it improves business communication, optimizes production, inventory management, financial-record keeping and development of new products. Because of technology most activities are seamless, online and virtual. Technology improves manpower's efficiency and engagement, unlimited supply of information and knowledge are available online, explores market growth.
To be able to secure consistent supply and competitive cost of the upcoming demand the Proprietor intends to direct source not only from the domestic traders but as well as from international suppliers. In order to facilitate the requirements, the business has to be equipped and abreast with various e-commerce platforms and its own importation facilities.
